Severe floods are seen in South Korea on Wednesday after Typhoon Chaba’s high winds caused flooding in cities across the country’s south. Five deaths were reported on Thursday, with another five people missing in the southern cities of Busan, Ulsan, as well as on the country’s resort island of Jeju. Nearly 229,000 households in the typhoon-hit region experienced a blackout
