RAW: Chile flash flood devastation, people, pets struggle in mud & wreckage

Helicopters airlifted residents to safety after severe floods devastated the city of Copiapo in Atacama Desert region of Chile, on Thursday. The latest reported estimate from government officials state that seven people have died and 19 are missing, with around 20,600 people without power in the Atacama region alone.
