Creation of new land, eruption in Iceland for 6 months

See the magnificent evolution of the eruption in Iceland from August 29th until February 27th.
No magma is visible in the crater now. However there is steam coming up from the crater and the enormous lava field. You can clearly see where the lava rivers were running when the lava was building up and spreading out, creating the biggest lava flow in over 200 years.
