Russia: Moskva cruiser with S-300F missiles to be deployed near Latakia - DefMin's Rudskoi
Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff Sergei Rudskoi addressed the issue of the Turkish attack on a Russian fighter jet which downed it near the Turkish-Syrian border, during a press conference in Moscow, Tuesday.
