Cancun's underwater museum
Το Κανκούν είναι μία παραλιακή πόλη στο νοτιοανατολικό Μεξικό. Βρίσκεται στη βορειοανατολική ακτή της χερσονήσου Γιουκατάν, στη πολιτεία Κιντάνα Ρο. Είναι έδρα του δήμου Μπενίτο Χουάρες. Στην απογραφή του 2010 είχε πληθυσμό 628.306 κατοίκους. Βρίσκεται στη Καραϊβική, σε ένα από τα ανατολικότερα σημεία του Μεξικό. Η πολή είναι διεθνώς γνωστό τουριστικό θέρετρο[1] και είναι μέρος της Ριβιέρα Μάγια, μιας ακτής στη Καραϊβική θάλασσα γεμάτη τουριστικά θέρετρα.

The Roadster's design is the result of a careful study into the best way of combining performance, elegant style, ease of use and a driving experience that excites all five senses.
The two-piece roof is made entirely from carbon fiber using various technologies such as RTM and Forged Composite®. These technologies guarantee maximum aesthetic performance and stiffness although each component is extremely light, weighing less than 6 kg. These two parts are removable, easy to handle, and being lightweight and simple to attach, can be stored in the front luggage compartment. In just a few seconds the Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster can be admired in all its luxurious beauty.
The rear pillar has been redesigned to offer total support for the removable roof, accommodate an automatic protection system for passengers, and provide the engine compartment with ample ventilation.
Right at first glance, it's noticeable that the engine hood on the Roadster differs from the hood on the coupé because of its central "spinal column" with two pairs of hexagonal windows connected at the sides as if they were hyper-tech armor plates. Their purpose is to cool the engine, drain off rain water properly and, of course, allow the beauty of the V12 power unit to be admired.
The driver of the Aventador Roadster and his passenger can decide for themselves how intensely they would like to enjoy the driving experience. The powered rear windshield not only influences the flow of air in the vehicle, but also controls the experience of the sound from the twelve-cylinder engine. The wind deflector, on the other hand, delivers almost complete calm inside the car, even at high speed. It rests on the front windshield frame and can likewise be stored in the luggage compartment when not in use.
The Aventador Roadster is also equipped with door windows with chamfered edges, which always ensure a perfect fit into the hard-top seal, and underline the sharp side profile of the car.
The body of the new Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster sports a two-tone finish, as the windshield pillar, the two roof sections and the rear window area up to the "fins" are painted in gloss black. The range of colors available for the Roadster has been supplemented with a very light, metallic blue color, Azzuro Thetis, whose tone varies with the angle of the light. Venice tourists up to waists in water
The lagoon city of Venice continues to suffer from high waters which reached five feet above sea level on Sunday after continuous rain pounded many regions of Italy over the weekend.
Some 70 percent of the city was reportedly covered by the flood waters and proved a bizarre spectacle for tourists on the massive Concordia cruise ship as it sailed past the city on Sunday.
Tourists could be seen wading through almost waist-deep water, desperately trying to keep themselves and their belongings dry.
Many shops, houses and other buildings have been flooded and remain closed.

Moment Myanmar quake strikes caught on camera
A strong earthquake of magnitude-6.8 struck northern Myanmar on Sunday, damaging several old Buddhist pagodas, collapsing a bridge and a gold mine and leaving as many as 12 people feared dead.
The moment the quake struck was caught on camera in the Sagaing area, with footage showing the dome of Mya Thein Tan Pagoda swaying dramatically.
State television reported that more than a dozen pagodas and stupas in five townships were damaged in the quake, and many of them had their so-called "umbrellas" atop the dome-shaped structures crash down.
The uppermost parts of the domes usually contain encased relics of the Buddha and small Buddha images, and sometimes jewels.
Damage to them is taken as an especially bad omen.
Myanmar's second-biggest city of Mandalay reported no casualties or major damage as the nearest major population centre to the quake's epicentre near the town of Shwebo.
The biggest single death toll was reported by a local administrative officer in Sintku township - on the Irrawaddy River near the quake's epicentre - who said that six people had died there and another 11 were injured.
According to news reports, several people died when a bridge under construction across the Irrawaddy River collapsed east of Shwebo.
The bridge linked the town of Sintku, 40 miles north of Mandalay on the east bank of the Irrawaddy, with Kyaukmyaung on the west bank.

Skull Fragment of Saint Matthew Revealed

Εννοιολογικά, οι μαύρες τρύπες δεν είναι όλα αυτά περίπλοκα. Δεν είναι τίποτα περισσότερο από εξαιρετικά πυκνό πυρήνες φορά μεγάλων άστρων. Τα περισσότερα αστέρια, όπως ο ήλιος μας, τελειώνουν τη ζωή τους με ειρηνικά απαλά φυσά εξωτερικά στρώματα τους στο διάστημα. Αλλά αστέρια υπερβαίνει περίπου οκτώ φορές τη μάζα του ήλιου λάβει μια άλλη, πιο δραματική, μονοπάτι.

Πάνω από ένα μάζα του πυρήνα των λίγων ήλιοι, δεν υπάρχει καμία γνωστή πηγή της πίεσης που μπορεί να ισορροπήσει τη βαρύτητα. Το αστρικό απομεινάρι καταρρέει από μόνη της.
Η συμπίεση όλο αυτό το βάρος σε ένα μικρότερο και μικρότερο όγκο κάνει τη σοβαρότητα σε ανεβάσει στα ύψη επιφάνεια του νεκρού άστρου. Ραγδαία αύξηση της βαρύτητας καθιστά ολοένα και πιο δύσκολο για τίποτα να ξεφύγει. Αποκτήστε η βαρύτητα αρκετά υψηλό - περίπου 30 χιλιάδες φορές αυτό που αισθανόμαστε εδώ στη Γη - και μερικές πραγματικά περίεργες παρενέργειες pop up.

Ρίξτε μια μπάλα στον αέρα, και τελικά σταματά, γυρίζει γύρω, και έρχεται πίσω στο χέρι σας. Πέτα την μπάλα πιο δύσκολο, θα πάει υψηλότερα - αλλά εξακολουθεί να πέφτει πίσω. Πέτα την μπάλα αρκετά σκληρά και η μπάλα μπορεί να ξεφύγει από τη βαρύτητα της Γης. Το σημείο-της-δεν-επιστροφή ονομάζεται "ταχύτητα διαφυγής". Επειδή τίποτα δεν μπορεί να πάει τόσο γρήγορα, τότε τίποτα - δεν ανάβει ακόμη και η ίδια - μπορεί να πάρει μέχρι και αρκετή ταχύτητα για να ξεφύγει επιφάνεια μιας μαύρης τρύπας. Δεν τύπος της ακτινοβολίας -ραδιοκύματα, UV, υπέρυθρη - μπορεί να προέλθει από μια μαύρη τρύπα. Δεν υπάρχουν πληροφορίες σε όλα μπορεί ποτέ να φύγω. Το γεγονός αυτό σηματοδοτεί ορίζοντα αόρατα από το όριο όπου η ταχύτητα διαφυγής είναι ακριβώς ίση με την ταχύτητα του φωτός. Έξω από τον ορίζοντα, διαστημόπλοιο σας έχει τουλάχιστον ένα θεωρητικό ευκαιρία να κάνουμε το σπίτι. Διασχίζοντας ότι η γραμμή που θέτει σε ένα ταξίδι μονόδρομο για ό, τι βρίσκεται μέσα.
Ένας τρόπος για να εντοπίσετε αστρονόμοι μαύρες τρύπες είναι να βρουν σε τροχιά γύρω από άλλα άστρα. Όταν συμβαίνει αυτό, το αέριο αναρροφάται από το αστέρι και σπείρες κάτω από ένα δίσκο μέσω του ορίζοντα γεγονότων. Το αέριο στο δίσκο θερμαίνεται σε εκατομμύρια βαθμούς και εκπέμπει ισχυρές ακτίνες-Χ. Οράματα των σηράγγων σε άλλες διαστάσεις, παράλληλα σύμπαντα, ακόμη και μακρινές φορές είναι ανεξέλεγκτη. Αλλά η μόνη ειλικρινής απάντηση στο ερώτημα "τι βρίσκεται πέρα από τον ορίζοντα γεγονότων;" είναι μια απλή «δεν ξέρουμε!"
Η κατώτατη γραμμή είναι ότι οι μαύρες τρύπες είναι οι λόγοι ταφή των εξαιρετικά μεγάλων άστρων. Μετά από μια έκρηξη σουπερνόβα, η μαζική πυρήνας έχει μείνει πίσω. Η έλλειψη μια κατάλληλη δύναμη εξισορρόπησης, η βαρύτητα έλκει το πυρήνα μαζί σε ένα σημείο όπου η ταχύτητα διαφυγής υπερβαίνει την ταχύτητα του φωτός. Από αυτό το σημείο και μετά, χωρίς φως - και όχι οποιεσδήποτε πληροφορίες - μπορεί να εκπέμψει στο διάστημα. Το μόνο που απομένει είναι ένα απόλυτα μαύρο κενό όπου κάποτε ένα ισχυρό αστέρι στάθηκε.
