In New Video, ISIS Boy Soldier Executes Alleged Israeli Spy

Slain 19-year-old says he was sent to join ISIS to spy on Palestinians fighting for ISIS

ISIS have released a new propaganda video in which a rosy-cheeked boy soldier is filmed shooting dead a 19-year-old Israeli Arab accused of being a spy for the Mossad intelligence agency.

The alleged spy, Mohamed Sa’id Ismail Musallam was detained by the group in February, according to an article ISIS published in its magazine Dabiq last month.

When news first emerged last month of Musallam’s detention, his father Said denied his son was ever a spy. “I don’t know what they said to him or how they got into his head, but he is not connected with the Mossad, the Shin Bet security services or anyone else,” he told Israeli newspaper Ha’aretz. There has been no official Israeli response.

In Tuesday’s video, Musallam claims he was recruited by a neighbor into Israel’s intelligence community and sent to a training camp in East Jerusalem before being assigned to spy on people within the Israeli-Arab community. He says his tasks included reporting on weapons dealers and anyone trying to infiltrate Israel’s borders.

After a while, he said he was told to travel to Iraq to find Palestinians with Israeli citizenship fighting with ISIS.

The presentation and sophistication of the video is similar to a previous film showing the death of Jordanian pilot Muath al-Kaseasbeh that was released last month, in that it ends with a list of potential targets–Arab names and faces along with GPS locations for their residences or places of work in Jerusalem. Included among the list are Musallam’s father and brother, whom he claims in the video also worked for Israeli intelligence.

The young boy filmed killing Musallam drags his captive by the scruff of his orange jumpsuit along a rocky plain, and later stands behind the kneeling Musallam, facing the camera. An older man standing beside the boy then says in French: “O Jews, indeed Allah has gifted us with killing your followers in your own stronghold in France,” he said.

“As for here in the Islamic State,” he says, gesturing to the boy, “here are the young lions of the Khilafah [Caliphate], they will kill the one sent by the foolish Mossad to spy on the secrets of the Mujahidin and the Muslims.”

The boy then stands directly in front of the kneeling Musallam, and shoots him directly in the forehead, before repeatedly firing at Musallam’s inert body on the ground.

Ο Ρώσος πρόεδρος... Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν υπέγραψε σήμερα την κύρωση της συμφωνίας για την δημιουργία της νέας Τράπεζα Ανάπτυξης των χωρών του οργανισμού BRICS , δημιουργώντας έτσι έναν εναλλακτικό δρόμο χρηματοδότησης για την Ελλάδα λίγο πριν το Eurogroup στο οποίο οι Ευρωπαίοι θα προσπαθήσουν να επιβάλουν την ισοπέδωση της χώρας.

Tο έγγραφο έχει αναρτηθεί στην επίσημη ιστοσελίδα των νομικών πληροφοριών της ρωσικής προεδρίας και αποτελεί πλέον νόμο του κράτους.

Η Ελλάδα έτσι διαθέτει ένα “όπλο” στη φαρέτρα της το οποίο μπορεί να χρησιμοποιήσει, ακόμα και στην διαπραγμάτευση.

Το σίγουρο είναι ότι στην Ούασιγκτον μόνο στο “άκουσμα” της είδησης έχουν εξοργισθεί με το Βερολίνο.

Tην ίδια στιγμή ο ΥΕΘΑ Π.Καμμένος ανακοίνωσε ότι ο ίδιος και ο πρωθυπουργός Α.Τσίπρας θα μεταβούν στην Μόσχα στις 9 Μαϊου όπου και θα παρακκολουθήσουν την “Παρέλαση της Νίκης” κατά του γερμανικού Ναζισμού.

Εκεί θα συζητηθεί και το θέμα της χρηματοδότησης απο τον νέο οργανισμό Η Δούμα επικύρωσε τη συμφωνία για την ίδρυση της νέας Τράπεζας Ανάπτυξης στις 20 Φεβρουαρίου, και τώρα εγκρίθηκε οριστικά από τον Β.Πούτιν.

Απ’αυτή τη τράπεζα θα υπάρχουν χρηματοδοτοδοτήσεις χωρών όπως η Ελλάδα, οι οποίες θέλουν ναμην βρίσκονται υπό τον θανατηφόρο εναγκαλισμό και τα “λάθη” του Ταμείου που εδρεύει στις ΗΠΑ.

Μετά από αυτή την απόφαση υπάρχει και τυπικά το νομικό πλαίσιο για την άμεση έναρξη δανειοδότησης της Ελλάδας και άλλων χωρών φυσικά.

Κύριος σκοπός της τράπεζας είναι η χρηματοδότηση έργων ανάπτυξης, τα οποία αρχικά θα αφορούν στις χώρες μέλη των BRICS (Βραζιλία, Ρωσία, Ινδία, Κίνα, Νότια Αφρική), στη συνέχεια όμως πρόκειται να επεκταθούν και σε χώρες που δεν είναι μέλη της συμφωνίας.

Συμφωνα με το καταστατικό για την ίδρυση της τράπεζας, που υπεγράφη τον Ιούνιο του 2014 στην βραζιλιάνικη πόλη της Φορταλέζα, η Τράπεζα θα είναι ένα από τα σημαντικότερους πολυμερείς αναπτυξιακούς οργανισμούς, με δηλωμένο κεφάλαιο 100 δισεκατομμυρίων δολαρίων .

Τα χρήματα αυτά θα διοχετευθούν για την χρηματοδότηση έργων υποδομής στις χώρες του οργανισμού BRICS, «και τις αναπτυσσόμενες χώρες».

Ο επικεφαλής της ρωσικής Δούμας είπε νωρίτερα ότι η τράπεζα θα χρηματοδοτήσει μεγάλα έργα υποδομής «σε όλο τον κόσμο».

Το περασμένα καλοκαίρι στην πόλη Ούφα πραγματοποιήθηκε η πρώτη συνεδρίαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου των BRICS, η οποία αποφάσισε σχετικά με την υποψηφιότητα του Προέδρου και του Αντιπροέδρου της τράπεζας των χωρών του οργανισμού BRICS.

Το Υπουργείο Οικονομικών της Ρωσίας αναμένει ότι η νέα Τράπεζα Ανάπτυξης θα τεθεί σε λειτουργία μέχρι το τέλος του 2015, και θα είναι πλήρως λειτουργική σε τέσσερα ή πέντε χρόνια.

Λόγω της Ελλάδος, η δημιουργία της τράπεζας των χωρών του οργανισμού BRICS, έχει μεγάλη πιθανότητα να έχει ως πρώτους πελάτες τις Ελλάδα,Πορτογαλία,Ισπανία,και Ιταλία.

Η οικονομική κατάσταση και η συνεχιζόμενη γερμανική πολιτική λιτότητας και πιέσεων από το Βερολίνο, θα αναγκάσει τις χώρες του Νότου, να αποτανθούν στην τράπεζα των χωρών του οργανισμού αυτού.

Η τράπεζα θα έχει τρεις βασικούς πυλώνες διοίκησης:

Το συμβούλιο των διοικητών, το διοικητικό συμβούλιο ενώ μια χώρα από τις πέντε θα έχει την προεδρία εκ περιτροπής.

Το διοικητικό συμβούλιο της τράπεζας πρόκειται να πραγματοποιήσει την πρώτη συνεδρίασή του τον ερχόμενο Απρίλιο στην πόλη Ufa της Ρωσίας, ενώ ο υπουργός Οικονομικών της Ρωσίας Anton Siluanov αναμένεται να γίνει ο πρώτος πρόεδρος του συμβουλίου των διοικητών,όπως ανέφερε ο Ρώσος υφυπουργός Οικονομικών, Sergei Storchak, μιλώντας στον τηλεοπτικό σταθμό Russia 24 TV.

Το κέντρο της διοίκησης της τράπεζας πρόκειται να είναι στην Σαγκάη.

Η Ινδία πρόκειται να προεδρεύσει για την πρώτη θητεία που θα είναι 5 έτη, ενώ ο πρώτος πρόεδρος του διοικητικού συμβουλίου θα προέρχεται από τη Βραζιλία.

Όπως είναι φυσικό, η έγκριση του ποσού των 100 δισ.$ από τη ρωσική Δούμα, (παρόμοιες εγκρίσεις θα ακολουθήσουν και από τις άλλες χώρες μέχρι το τέλο της άνοιξης), που βάζει σε τροχιά υλοποίησης το σημαντικότερο τραπεζικό και οικονομικό γεγονός στη δεκαετία που διανύουμε, πρόκειται να απολέσει την αφετηρία για σημαντικότατες εξελίξεις στο παγκόσμιο οικονομικό σύστημα.

Εξελίξεις οι οποίες δεν αφήνουν σε καμία περίπτωση και τη χώρα μας.

Από το τέλος του 2015 και μετά θα είναι η πρώτη φορά στα οικονομικά χρονικά από το τέλος του Β΄ΠΠ και μετά που μια αναπτυξιακή τράπεζα που δεν ανήκει στην σφαίρα επιρροής της Δύσης θα μπορεί να χρηματοδοτεί αναπτυσσόμενες και όχι μόνο χώρες που σε άλλη περίπτωση θα έπεφταν στην οικονομικού κυριαρχία του ΔΝΤ και επομένως της Δύσης.

Τη Ρωσία θα επισκεφθούν στις 9 Μαΐου ο πρωθυπουργός Αλέξης Τσίπρας,συνοδευόμενος από τον υπουργό Εθνικής Άμυνας Πάνο Καμμένο, όπως ανακοίνωσε ο δεύτερος.

Εκεί θα συζητηθεί και το θέμα μιας μελλοντικής χρηματοδότησης. Θα προηγηθεί επίσκεψη του υπουργού Εθνικής Άμυνας στη Μόσχα από 17 έως 21 Απριλίου.

Τη Μόσχα θα επισκεφθούν επίσης, ο αναπληρωτής υπουργός Εθνικής Άμυνας Κώστας Ήσυχος μαζί με την αναπληρωτή υπουργό Τουρισμού Ελένη Κουντουρά, από 18 έως 20 Μαρτίου.

Ο κ. Ήσυχος θα επισκεφθεί επίσης τη Βραζιλία από 14 έως 17 Απριλίου για τη διεθνή έκθεση αμυντικού υλικού.

Το πώς και εάν η Ελλάδα θα εκμεταλλευθεί το νέο αυτό σκηνικό στο πλαίσιο των σημαντικώνεπαφών που έχει τόσο με την Κίνα όσο και με τη Ρωσία είναι ένα θέμα που μένει να δούμε.

Η ευκαιρία όμως είναι εδώ, και για όσους τολμούν και ενδιαφέρονται πάνω απ’όλα για το εθνικό συμφέρον υπάρχει μια επιπλέον λύση-όπλο στη “φαρέτρα” τους.

Rolls-Royce has brought Serenity to this year’s Geneva International Motor Show, unveiling the new standard in authentic, bespoke luxury motoring to the world’s media.
The choice of Phantom Extended Wheelbase for this project was obvious, but creating the motif that would define this most opulent and modern of automotive interiors would require considerable new expertise.

As with the creation of every Rolls-Royce, the genesis of Serenity and its blossom motif began with a blank piece of paper. However, unlike any other Rolls-Royce, it also began with a blank bolt of the finest hand-woven silk.

In order to create this totally one-off bolt of silk for Serenity, the Bespoke team looked to Suzhou, China, the town renowned for its creation of imperial embroidery. The team sourced the unspun silk thread and had it hand-dyed by the Chinese craftspeople who have been creating beautiful silks for centuries.

It was then transported to one of Britain’s oldest mills, based in Essex, to be hand-woven into just 10 metres of the fabric – enough to clothe the interior of Serenity – in a process that took two days or two hours per meter of fabric. The numerous colours of silk thread were painstakingly blended into the highest quality warp which has 140 threads per centimetre to result in the lustrous Smoke Green colour of the underlying silk fabric.

Once prepared, the plain Smoke Green silk was transferred to London where the blossom motif designed by Haye and Lusby – a uniquely modern take on centuries-old silk Chinoiserie – began to flourish across the fabric as British and Chinese craftspeople embroidered their vision of copper-coloured branches and white petals.

The final touch was the detailed petal by petal hand-painting of crimson blossoms directly onto the silk. The resulting panels and swatches that have formed the centrepiece of Serenity would take up to 600 hours of work per panel.

The style of painting employed in the design of the Serenity silk is a centuries-old technique known as 'unconscious painting'. Much of Japanese painting technique is learned through very fine and detailed rendering of classical forms within nature; branches, leaves, flowers, bamboo etc.

The work can be painstaking with the same form rendered again and again. The purpose of this repetition is to imbue in the artist an innate understanding of these natural forms until their balance and nature is understood without thought.

In order to paint a calm and beautiful image the artist must be calm of mind. Mood becomes all important as it will influence the balance and mood of the work. A meditative state results where the brush can flow freely in the artist’s hand – a state of ‘unconscious painting’. So in preparing to paint the panels for Serenity, the serene state of mind was all important. The branches needed to have life, movement, spontaneity – but with grace and calm.

Phantom Serenity is the latest one-off commission to come from the Bespoke team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. One-off commissions and Bespoke Collections helped Bespoke sales to grow globally by 31% in 2014, with 85% of all Rolls-Royce motor cars sold around the world commissioned with some level of Bespoke content.

Whilst every Rolls-Royce is special, nearly every customer desires extraordinary distinguishing features to make their car completely unique. Fulfilling these requests falls to the marque’s Bespoke design department; a collective of the automotive world’s finest designers, engineers and craftspeople.
